Pre-scheduled maintenance

 If you or someone you know is looking to have Pre-scheduled maintenance for their HVAC system maybe for their home, business, apartment complex, condo units. Give us a call to set up a schedule when you want it done& how frequently. Keep in mind however we must speak directly with the owner and not a tenant. If you are a tenant let your owner or landlord know if you will that you came across our site and it sounds like it might be a good investment, since our prices are extremely competitive.

 We have multi-unit packages, that means if you have just one unit you need services for furnace and A/C we would charge individually $75 and together normally $140..00 But if you had like a 3 flat for example you would be charged only  for 2 ½ units at  $350.00 and so forth. That’s a savings of $70.00 dollars, so the more the units the more the savings.

If your wanted to set up a maintenance package for your home yourself, like to check the furnace and humidifier in the fall then check the A/C and indoor coil in the spring, we have different packages for different folks that suit their needs.

 We at G.E.T. COMFORTABLE don’t believe in “extended warranties”. Our theory is that if the equipment is installed professionally and correctly, the manufacturer’s warranty should cover anything that may go wrong but chances are nothing will happen to it the first five years anyway, unless improperly installed!!  So if something does breakdown well after the manufacturer warranty has expired, simply call us and we will mend the problem, and you will only be charged for the broken piece of equipment..i.e.. a capacitor, contactor, or hot surface ignitor and not for unnecessary parts or recommendations!  Of course a small labor fee will follow BUT we guarantee that the cost will be significantly lower than any extended warranty fee… Here is the breakdown… Even If you are paying only $10 dollars a month on an extended warranty agreement which with most companies is more, over the course of 5 years that’s a cost of $2,080 OUCH!!  Again the first five years are usually covered anyway by the manufacturer, not only that but for that kind of money you could have a new unit installed!!

So with us it’s a pay as you go kind of attitude, we sincerely recommend pre-scheduled maintenance to AVOID 2am repairs which are bothersome to you the homeowner. With that in mind your new equipment should provide years of life for you and your loved ones
